Stretch and pose on the wild-side through a series of animal inspired movements and stories.
Wild Yoga is set in the stunning Wild Planet exhibition at the Australian Museum, beneath a 17-metre whale skeleton and surrounded by 400 other animals including lions and tigers and bears, oh My!
This truly unique and immersive experience, led by yoga teacher and Play School presenter, Rachael Coopes, sees young yogis exercise their body and imagination as they walk, stretch and pose on the wild-side through a series of animal inspired movements and stories that connect with the Museum’s collections and ties to the natural world.
Children wear wireless headsets, that tune out everything but music, live audio cues and stories shared by the instructor.
No yoga experience required but a willingness to have fun is a must.
When: 16th - 17th April at 8am, 8:30 and 9am
